  • 1 Slice Burger Cheese per serve
  • 200g extra lean mince
  • 1 x Sesamie Seed Brioche Bun
  • 2 x pickled Gerkins
  • Half a red onion
  • 1 x teaspoon of lite mayo
  • 1 x teaspoon of ketchup
  • 1 x teaspoon of yellow mustard
  • 1 pinch of onion salt

  • Adding in airfried potato fries with 2 sprays of frylite will add 250kcal per 100g (cooked weight).
  • Use 150g quorn mince with 0.5 tin of mashed black beans to make vegan burgers.
  • Serve with a mixed salad with light dressing to fill your plate with no calories
  • Swap out the brioche bun for a warbutons thin to reduce the calories by 150.
  • Bagels work just as well and offer 50 less kcal per serving.
  • If you airfry, remember to check every 5 minutes to prevent burning.

Step by Step

In a bowl, combine light mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, and a pinch of onion salt. Mix well.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper onto the ground beef.

Form the beef into 2 patties, each 2cm thick.

Heat a non-stick pan and spray with 1 cal spray.

Fry each patty for 3 minutes on each side.

In the last minute, place half a cheese slice on top of each patty.

Place the brioche buns in the toaster until popped.

Spread the prepared burger sauce on the toasted buns.

Top with lettuce, onions, and sliced gherkin.

Place the cooked burger patties with melted cheese on top to create a delicious sandwich.
