THE ULTIMATE BURGER
In a bowl, combine light mayo, ketchup, yellow mustard, and a pinch of onion salt. Mix well.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper onto the ground beef.
Form the beef into 2 patties, each 2cm thick.
Heat a non-stick pan and spray with 1 cal spray.
Fry each patty for 3 minutes on each side.
In the last minute, place half a cheese slice on top of each patty.
Place the brioche buns in the toaster until popped.
Spread the prepared burger sauce on the toasted buns.
Top with lettuce, onions, and sliced gherkin.
Place the cooked burger patties with melted cheese on top to create a delicious sandwich.
