Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 40g of Porridge Oats
  • 200g Protein Yoghurt
  • Your choice of fresh or frozen fruit.
  • Skinny Syrup (your choice of flavours)

 

Method

  1. Measure out oats and mix well into protein yoghurt, adding a little water if required to create a yoghurt consistency.
  2. Add in fruit and mix well.
  3. Place in fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, take out, stir and add a little more water to create desired consistency if required.
  5. Top with skinny syrup.
  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 12.5g of MyProtein Vanilla Whey Powder
  • 90g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1tsp Maple Syrup
  • 15g Banana Chips
  • 1x Small Banana

 

Method

  1. Slice Banana and set aside.
  2. Whisk together yogurt, protein powder and peanut butter until well combined.
  3. In a glass or mason jar, layer the sliced banana over the bottom, followed by your yogurt mix.
  4. Top with the banana flakes (crushed is particularly good)
  5. Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.

  • Carbs: 30.6g
  • Fat: 10.8g
  • Protein: 17.5g

 

Notes:

Swap the maple syrup with skinny syrup to reduce calories further.

Ingredients

  • 150g Mixed Berries
    25g MyProtein Vanilla Whey Powder
    60ml Semi Skimmed Milk

 

Method

  1. Add Milk and Protein Powder to a bowl and mix until light and fluffy.
  2. Top With berries of your choice.
  3. Enjoy

  • Protein: 23.2g

 

Notes:

Add a skinny syrup if you’ve got a very sweet tooth to make it feel even naughtier!

    60ml Semi Skimmed Milk

 

Method
