We'll set you up access to our app, giving you access to your workouts, goals and a way to track your nutrition and progress all on the go.
Every week, our team will review all your progress from the week before and update your goals and workouts to keep you moving forwards.
You'll get access to our Members Resources, including diet plans, recipes, recommended equipment and ingredients and educational snippets.
Our PTs will set you daily habit goals to keep you focused and working towards your goals and to make health and fitness sustainable.
We use a range of metrics to track progress, enabling you to achieve every week and continue to review and monitor every goal
This programme is all about teaching you how to get consistent and sustainable results. It is suitable for everyone!
Your initial consult will cover off any physical limitations, your experience so far and the spaces and equipment you have access to. We will then look at your goals and help you set out realistic goals for your programme with us. Using all of this information, we will create the perfect workout plan to get you those results!
We take the time to go through your current diet, enabling us to learn about the kind of foods you enjoy and your style of cooking. We use this information to find you some simple swaps to make your goals acheivable and enjoyable. This learning phase helps us get you on the right track, so you’re eating food you love, whilst getting the results you want. Our Graduates Programme is for anyone who has completed either (or both) of our 8wk Transformation Programmes and want support in staying consistent.
We will make sure you stay on track whilst making sure your longer term goals are achievable.
This low cost programme provides all the support and information you need to be that happier, healthier version of you without losing your way.
We know some people just want something very specific from our PTs, and whilst we always recommend our full programmes, if all you want is a one-off plan, we’ve got you.
This plan includes our initial consultation where we will review your goals, abilities and resources. We will then give you access to an online account where you’ll find your bespoke workout plan. Use it via your devices on the go, or print it out!
After a week, we will do a review to make sure you are confident and comfortable with everything on your plan and offer you a 20% off code for our Mind and Body Transformation Programme just in case you want to give it a go in the future.
